Being Proactive
You are a proactive type of person so your task is to prepare yourself and the three other new teachers in your building for challenges that may occur with the iPads. In order to do this, in your group, using the letter and your own questions:
- Record one issue or question you have per sticky note.
- Sort the issues/questions using the following categories:

Instructional management involves how technology will support learning. |

Students need to develop time-management skills. Technology can be used as a tool to aid with both time and behavior management. |
Resources and Materials Management
The addition of technology to the classroom requires resource- and materials-management procedures and plans. |
Hardware Management and Safety
Managing the pieces of equipment requires teachers to consider safety, storage, physical movement and maintenance issues. |
